These classes are carefully planned to help you progress your flexibility through stretching and strengthening exercises that will help to ensure you are not only safely and effectively building flexibility, but also the strength needed to sustain this range of flexibility!
Stretch and Conditioning classes are perfect for anyone that would like to build flexibility and strength to assist with your dance, sports, or fitness training or even if you would just like to build a better range of general flexibility – this is the class for you!
